My 20-pound Siberian Forest Cat actually fits on that top lying area with room to sprawl, which surprised me. The 6-inch sisal poles are thick enough that he can really dig his claws in without the whole thing wobbling, and the dark grey fabric hides the fur pretty well until vacuum day.

Bought this for my two Maine Coons and they immediately claimed the hideaway like it was theirs. The 6-inch sisal poles actually hold up to their weight when they launch off the top platform, and the grey fabric doesn't show fur too badly.

The 6-inch sisal poles are a lifesaver for my two big boys—they actually both fit on the top platform without it wobbling. Wish the hideaway was a bit roomier, but for the price, it’s held up great so far.
