The screw holes lined up perfectly with the old unit, so swapping this corner piece took me less than ten minutes. My cat claimed it before I even got the last screw tightened, and the beige fabric blends in nicely with our living room.
Finally got the replacement for our worn-out corner perch, and the size is spot on for our big Maine Coon. The three screw holes lined up perfectly with the existing frame, so installation took maybe two minutes. Wish I'd ordered this XXL size sooner, it's solid and he's already claimed it.
