My Maine Coon is a big girl and usually ignores cat furniture, but she claimed the top perch within the first ten minutes. The platform feels genuinely wide enough for her to stretch out fully, and the carpeted base has held up well to her daily clawing sessions.
The scratching posts feel sturdy enough for my big Maine Coon to really stretch on, though assembly took me about twenty minutes longer than I'd have liked. The top perch is roomy and he's claimed it as his nap spot already.
